Kristin Michaels said the significance of an EEOC proposal for employers to provide more pay data to uncover potential pay discrimination “remains to be seen. The EEOC has stated what pay data employers will be required to provide, but it does not explain how the data will be assessed, evaluated, compared, or how it will be used to identify employers for compliance with equal pay and discrimination laws.”
