Andrea Kramer discussed lessons from her Breaking Through Bias book for women in the workplace. “If you can identify bias, it gives you important information. And information is power. It helps us figure out how we’re going to deal with a particular situation,” Ms. Kramer said. For example, she continued, “In the marketing context, it’s not about you. It’s about what benefit your client or potential client can get from what you bring to the table.”
