Margaret Warner, Michael Nadel, Jennifer Routh and Sarah Hogarth represented the United States Conference of Mayors in litigation against an insurance company found liable for breaking promises in marketing retirement plans for city workers across the country. The DC Circuit Court upheld the $8 million jury verdict this week. “This judgement also will allow the U.S. Conference of Mayors to support policy initiatives that serve the health and well-being of urban residents,” said Warner.
