Close to the surf park, project developer Rock Capital Group is planning an approx. 29,000-square-meter multifunctional hybrid building – the “Hybrid One » – comprising offices, restaurants and retail.

A McDermott team led by Ralf Weisser and Nadine Hartung advised SURFTOWN Hallbergmoos GmbH on the contracts for the design of the surf facility, the acquisition of the technology for the project, and a financing round. The team included Nina Siewert, Claus Färber and Robert Feind.
