Frankfurt, 30 May 2018– The international law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers Aktiengesellschaft and MainFirst Bank Aktiengesellschaft in connection with the IPO of STS Group AG on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
STS Group AG is a global system supplier for interior and exterior parts focused on commercial vehicles. A total of 2.3 million shares were placed in the offering, consisting of 1,000,000 shares from a capital increase against cash contributions, 1,000,000 shares from the holdings of the former sole shareholder Mutares AG, as well as additional 300,000 shares in connection with an over-allotment, which were also provided by Mutares AG. The offer price for the shares was set at €24.00 per share.
