Jeremy Earl said that most of the Affordable Care Act changes floated seem to be within the Trump Administration’s authority, but a couple could have unintendedconsequences. For example, he continued, a possible 90-day grace period for consumers late on premiums only applies to enrollees receiving subsidies; unsubsidized persons could receive less time, or insurers could be allowed to withhold claims from persons in arrears.
