Maximilian Baur counsels clients on labor and employment law, including litigation matters. His key practice covers the entire field of individual and collective employment law, including advice on service and termination agreements. He also advises in negotiations with works councils and regularly represents clients in court hearings. In addition, Maximilian advises companies on all aspects of work-related data privacy law. He also continuously supports nonprofit organizations as part of the Firm’s pro bono work in the Munich office.
Maximilian attended the University of Passau and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Maximilian publishes articles in the field of labor and employment law and is a frequent contributor to McDermott’s German Employment Law Blog.
