Présentation
Mirjam Büsch focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law in the public sector, and also a wide variety of related real estate matters. She has significant experience counseling clients in matters such as building law and commercial lease law, as well as advising on matters concerning environmental law and public procurement.
Prior to joining McDermott, Mirjam worked for various international law firms on planning and environmental law matters. She gained invaluable experience as a legal research assistant at the University of Bonn, where she worked in the fields of special administrative and procedural law. Mirjam is well versed in international and EU law, having focused on the interplay between French and German law in her studies.
