Sarah Candelibes is an associate in the Intellectual Property team of our Paris Office. Sarah’s area of practice covers a wide range of intellectual property matters including trademarks, authors’ rights, designs, patents, know-how, unfair competition and parasitism. She assists French and foreign clients in both transactional and litigation matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Sarah practiced intellectual property law as a trainee at various international law firms and worked within the legal department of a major media and entertainment American company.
