Colin L. Winterberg focuses his practice on employment law matters, including a wide range of individual and collective employment law issues, and employment related litigation.
Prior to joining McDermott, Colin worked at both international and domestic law firms based in Düsseldorf, where he gained significant experience in corporate law, corporate and shareholder litigation, mergers and acquisitions, in addition to employment law matters.
