Cristina Delgado focuses her practice on transactional work, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization, and joint ventures involving private equity sponsors and private companies.

Cristina is also a volunteer attorney for the Clemency Project, in which she represents an incarcerated client, and is appointed as an attorney ad litem by Lawyers for Children America to represent foster youth.

Cristina earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida, where she is also admitted to the Order of the Coif.

  • Represented Capricorn Healthcare & Special Opportunities in its acquisition of Altruista Health, Inc., a health care technology company specializing in the design, development, implementation and sale of population care management solutions and related software tools and data analytics
  • Represented Comvest Partners in its acquisition of D&S Residential Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of residential services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas, Tennessee and Kentucky
