Lindsay Ditlow is experienced in all aspects of employment law, including litigation, counselling, and corporate transactions.
As a trial lawyer, Lindsay has successfully represented numerous clients in employment litigations, including cases involving claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and state leave laws, the Inevitable Disclosure Doctrine, state discrimination and retaliation statutes, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state wage and hour laws.
Lindsay also advises US and multinational companies and executives in the healthcare, FinTech, gig economy, retail, staffing, and modelling and influencer industries on all aspects of employment, labor and corporate compliance, including the drafting and negotiation of employment and separation agreements; corporate restructurings and reductions in force; expansions into new countries; internal corporate investigations, including sexual harassment; handbooks and policy manuals; US and global codes of conduct; protection against employee raiding and theft of trade secrets and other confidential information; and compliance with all global personnel policies, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, discipline and consultation obligations, terminations and secondments. Additionally, Lindsay advises colleges and universities on Title IX Compliance.
Lindsay also routinely advises on the buy-side and sell-side with respect to employment concerns in M&A transactions.
