Todd Finger represents clients in the full range of corporate transactions and financings, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, leveraged buyout transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations. Todd has deep experience in the entertainment and media industries. He also advises clients with interests and operations in the life sciences, consumer products, food and beverages, and fashion and apparel industries, among other sectors. Todd is co-head of the New York office’s Transactions Practice Group and is also a member of the Firm-wide Management Committee.
Todd is co-managing partner for the Firm’s New York office.
In addition to his corporate and operating company clients, Todd negotiates financings and transactions on behalf of private equity and venture capital firms with respect to their investments in public and private companies.
Earlier in his career, Todd worked at the White House under President William J. Clinton, and on the presidential campaign of Vice President Al Gore.
Todd is also a member of our legal cannabis industry group. Our Cannabis Industry group is a multidisciplinary team of lawyers providing clients with regulatory, litigation, intellectual property, trade and tax services with respect to their investments and participation in the cannabis industry, all subject to the Firm’s obligations under federal and state laws and bar licensure rules.
