Tom has extensive experience advising on the specialized US tax issues faced by foreign multinationals and foreign-owned US multinationals, and has worked on numerous projects involving multi-jurisdictional tax issues. Tom also represents clients in tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) involving a variety of matters at the audit, Appeals Office and National Office levels.
