Giulia Venanzoni focuses her practice on corporate and financial services advising private equity funds, corporate borrowers and issuers and various financial institutions on a number of cross-border and domestic debt financing transactions. She has a wealth of knowledge of leveraged buyouts, direct lending, domestic and syndicated senior, second lien and mezzanine financings and restructurings. She previously gained experience in real estate finance, debt securities, securitization and general banking.


  • Advised the ad hoc co-com of senior secured noteholders on the restructuring and recapitalization of the Lecta Group, including EUR 600 million senior secured notes and the refinancing of its EUR 65 million super senior revolving facility*
  • Advised Freshstream and the Lunch Garden Group on the refinancing of the Lunch Garden Group*
  • Advised creditors in relation to the refinancing of the ChartCo Group (an Equistone portfolio company) and bolt-on acquisition*
  • Advised Guggenheim in connection with the acquisition by the existing Datix Group of iContracts*
  • Advised IK Investment Partners and the Visolit Group in connection with the refinancing of the Visolit Group*
