Présentation
Dr. Jessica Hanke focuses her practice on property and commercial lease law. She advises clients with respect to real estate transactions (including portfolio transactions and sale and lease back structures) and structuring and negotiation of lease agreements. She also advises on all aspects of project development, asset management and general property law matters.
Previously, Jessica worked for an international law firm in the fields of corporate law, real estate law and notarial matters. She served her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Court of Appeal in Düsseldorf, during which time she worked for two international law firms and the Foreign Office.

- Advised Cap Rate on the sale of the Hafenspitze office towers in Düsseldorf to Deka in 2013
- Advised Centrum Group on the sale of the Kröpcke center in Hannover to Union Investment in 2013
- Advised a global commercial real estate company on commercial lease and project development matters in connection with the acquisition of a French real estate advisory group with subsidiaries in Germany in 2014
- Advised a chemical and pharmaceutical company on real estate-related matters regarding the acquisition of a manufacturer for sterile drug products in 2014 and other chemical-pharmaceutical production units in 2015
- Provides ongoing legal advice to SIGNA-Group with regard to the asset management of its German-wide department store-portfolio
- Provides ongoing legal advice to Pramerica in connection with Pramerica’s German-wide asset management mandate for Berliner Ärzteversorgung including advice on fond management related matters
