She has advised clients based in Europe, the United States and Canada on various cross border M&A deals. Nadine represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including health care, energy, publishing and transportation. Before joining McDermott, Nadine practiced at leading international law firms in Berlin, Frankfurt and New York City.
