Jonathan D. Salm supports large and small healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has experience managing deals across a number of healthcare sectors, including primary care, pediatric, non-profit, nursing home, orthopedic, ophthalmology and other types of medical groups, which provides him with valuable insights into the nuances of client needs within each space. Jonathan also has experience handling due diligence reviews and assisting clients on both the buy-side and sell-side address regulatory concerns that could impact their transactions.

While in law school, Jonathan served as an associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review.
