Overview

Sebastian is a lawyer in our Düsseldorf office. He studied law at the university in Bonn. During his studies and his legal clerkship, he worked for the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and a number of international law firms in Bonn, Düsseldorf and London, in the areas of corporate, insolvency and financial law.

Sebastian advises clients in finance and banking matters. He has gained special knowledge with respect to cooperation agreements in the area of automotive wholesale and retail financing. Sebastian has published various articles. He closely follows the developments regarding the regulatory implications of distributed ledger based business models as well as initial coin offerings (ICOs) / token generation events (TGE). In this area Sebastian has issued various publications.
