Shashank Krishna advises clients in the international energy, infrastructure and natural resources sector with a focus on Europe, Asia and Africa. His practice is focused on private M&A, joint ventures and project development and financing involving complex and high-value energy and infrastructure projects across the value chain. Shashank has experience in a range of industries such as power, oil & gas, LNG, refining and petrochemicals, infrastructure and metals, mining and commodities. In the power sector, he has advised in connection with independent power projects (IPPs) having an aggregate capacity of nearly 28,000MW.
Shashank has practiced law in large international firms in London, Singapore and New Delhi and has worked on transactions involving nearly 35 jurisdictions. This diverse international experience gives him a unique perspective and skillset that he applies to varying situations. Shashank has been involved in some prestigious pro bono projects including pro bono legal advice to the Governments of Sierra Leone and Nepal.
