Overview


Marissa C. Krumm has significant broad-based commercial litigation experience. She has represented clients in, among other things, breach of contract and business disputes, employment disputes involving trade secret misappropriation and non-competition agreements, and cases brought under federal and state whistleblower protection statutes. Marissa has also successfully defended manufacturers in products liability and toxic tort lawsuits. In 2017 and 2018, she was selected to the Florida Rising Stars list, a distinction given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Florida.
