Présentation
Lene Niemeier focuses her practice on regulatory law. She has a particular focus on a broad variety of public matters including public building law, environmental law and transportation law.
Prior to becoming an associate, Lene worked at McDermott as a legal researcher for the regulatory team.
After her first state exam, Lene gained experience working for the Administration of the German Parliament (Bundestag). During her time as a trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Lene gained further experience working for the Public Prosecutors office, the Federal Ministry of Economics, the German Consulate General San Francisco and for a renowned law firm in Düsseldorf focusing on Public and Energy Law.
