Isaac has extensive experience in the field of municipal derivatives transactions. He regularly advises clients on the execution of a wide range of derivative products in the municipal and tax-exempt markets, including repurchase agreements, investment agreements, forward delivery agreements, reserve fund agreements, interest rate swaps, caps, options, forwards and other hedging arrangements.
Isaac acts as counsel to US and non-US banks, providing credit liquidity support for tax-exempt and taxable financings for municipal, health care and nonprofit borrowers, and in connection with the direct purchase of municipal securities by such banks. He also represents banks in secured and unsecured transactions, including revolving credit facilities, and in taxable and tax-exempt direct lending transactions.
