Maria Abadia focuses her practice on corporate finance matters. Maria represents private and public corporate borrowers, financial institutions, project sponsors and debt investors in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Maria’s experience also includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of credit facilities, including term, revolving, asset-based, secured and unsecured, syndicated, senior and subordinated facilities, which encompass a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors.
Maria also advises leading middle-market PE firms in acquisition financing transactions and distressed refinancing transactions and counsels clients on legal and business issues related to infrastructure project development and financing.
