Dan’s transactional experience spans a variety of industries, including private equity, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and healthcare services.
Prior to joining the Firm, Dan spent 10 years as a top performer in sales and marketing for international biopharmaceutical and medical device companies. While in law school, he was the editor-in-chief for Loyola University’s health law and policy review, Annals of Health Law.
