  • Served as third chair in an arbitration where claims for breach of contract and fraud in the electronics manufacturing industry were defeated*
  • Briefed and obtained judgment as a matter of law on two post-trial motions, eviscerating a jury verdict in a breach of contract case between a manufacturer and its sales agent in the automobile safety systems industry, and negating affirmative defenses in a patent infringement case concerning patents on prepaid wireless technology*
  • Briefed and argued a winning summary judgment motion on a cybersquatting claim in federal court for the one of the world’s most preeminent movie-related organizations*
  • Briefed and obtained dismissal without leave to amend of an antitrust case alleging attempted monopolization claims in the structured annuity industry, and a securities fraud case for a major food distributor, effectively ending both disputes*
  • Briefed and obtained dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction in a breach of contract case involving a joint venture in the military aviation industry, effectively ending the dispute*
