Shurong Qu focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as on matters relating to Africa, principally in the areas of infrastructure, mining, and project financing. She advises Chinese, French and international companies on all aspects of corporate and financial law.
In her cross-border transactional practice, Shurong has advised foreign companies in their acquisitions in France. Her experiences cover various areas, including tourism, energy, and semiconductor manufacture, food, automotive industry, insurance and gases supply.Shurong also advises investment funds in the reorganization of management package, participates in several due diligences of licenses and distribution agreements relating to health care products and assists clients in IPO projects on the French regulated market.
