Jason D. Strabo has significant experience in a range of complex litigation matters, including class action defense, securities litigation, healthcare litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He also has significant trial and arbitration experience. While in law school, Jason served on the board of the Hale Honors Moot Court program.

Results


  • Representing officers of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas & Electric Company in securities and derivative litigation stemming from the 2017 and 2018 wildfires, and 2019 public safety power shutoffs.
  • Represented officers of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas & Electric Company in derivative litigation stemming from 2010 San Bruno pipeline rupture.
  • Represented company in $262 million successor liability, de facto merger, and fraudulent transfer case, which was voluntarily dismissed by plaintiff on the eve of a summary judgment hearing after the court issued a tentative ruling in which it indicated its intent to grant summary judgment in client’s favor.
