Stefanie Thelen counsels clients on commercial agreements and dispute resolution.
Stefanie focuses her practice on the consultation process in national and international commercial law disputes, representing clients in out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as before the courts. As part of her practice, she handles the negotiation, drafting, implementation and the enforcement of commercial agreements in several industrial sectors. As a trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Stefanie worked, inter alia, at an international law firm in Düsseldorf and Milan in the areas of health care, life sciences and chemicals, as well as administrative law.
