He has significant experience in administrative enforcement proceedings and litigation arising under all major federal environmental laws, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and corresponding state laws.
