Ulrike Witt focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and corporate restructuring and insolvency.
Ulrike worked for more than two years as an assistant for an international law firm in the corporate/M&A sector. As a trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, she worked for international law firms focused on insolvency, as well as corporate/M&A in Düsseldorf and Hong Kong.
