David Marx Jr. and Stephen Wu were mentioned among the lawyers who urged the Supreme Court to review earlier court and regulatory decisions blocking a health system’s merger with an Ohio hospital. The Supreme Court without comment let stand an April 2014 Sixth Circuit that upheld the FTC’s 2012 rejection of the merger.
