McDermott Strengthens Global Transactions Practice With Another Senior Corporate Appointment In London

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has appointed Kashif Siddiqui a partner in its Global Transactions Practice in London. With over a decade of experience, Kashif specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment funds, joint ventures and restructurings.

“Kashif is a high-calibre lawyer that will meet the growing demands of our clients who are active in both M&A and private equity transactions,” said Harris Siskind, Global Head of the Firm’s Transactions Practice. “Kashif’s experience will be particularly valuable as we continue to enhance our global corporate and private equity transactions platform.”

Kashif has significant expertise and has acted for a number of the bulge bracket investment banks, private equity firms, multinational companies, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. With previous experience at a Magic Circle firm, his key sectors include renewable energy, fintech and private wealth.
