McDermott Advises Platina Energy Partners on Sale of ENTAP to Greensolver
PARIS – McDermott Will & Emery represented Platina Energy Partners, the investment fund owner of the UK asset manager ENTAP, on its sale of ENTAP to Greensolver, the independent technical expert dedicated to wind and solar assets.
