Gary Adamson represents US and international accounting firms and individual accountants in connection with federal and state litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations by the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and state licensing authorities. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in an array of complex commercial litigation disputes, such as breach of contract, civil RICO, fiduciary relationships, fraud and fraudulent conveyance. He is experienced in representing clients before state and federal investigative agencies in the federal, state and appeals practice.
Gary has developed a strong pro bono practice, particularly representing families and children in immigration proceedings.
