Brian Albro* focuses his work on complex product liability and mass tort litigation.
Brian is the administrator on a national counsel team representing a major Fortune 100 corporate client in its mass tort litigation. Since 2004, he has managed all administrative aspects of a nationwide docket of more than 200,000 asbestos-related personal injury claims, including developing and implementing reporting and compliance policies and procedures for over 40 local counsel throughout the United States.
Brian oversees aspects of the litigation from initial complaint intake through resolution of the matter, including audit and government regulatory reporting. He manages a team of legal professionals and is responsible to senior firm management and the client for budgeting, cash flow tracking, and projections related to both the defense and indemnity aspects of the docket. Brian regularly works with in-house counsel, finance and compliance staff as well as insurers, and internal and external auditors.
