Overview
Andrea-Gale Okoro provides strategic guidance on a wide range of issues to help her clients meet their in healthcare transactions goals and regulatory compliance requirements in the most efficient manner. From advising hospitals and health systems across the nation on the regulatory issues affecting daily business operations, to drafting and negotiating clinical trial and related agreements for life sciences companies, she works tirelessly to give companies a competitive edge while keeping them compliant.
Her past experience working in-house with a pre-market pharmaceutical company and a managed care organization has granted her a deeper understanding her clients’ business needs. She uses this insight to counsel hospitals, physician groups, behavioral health facilities, and home health and hospice agencies in mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side. She also provides analysis for political and governmental obstacles facing healthcare clients on the state level.
