Andrea Stockhorst focuses her practice on regulatory law matters with a particular emphasis on banking supervision and investment law.
Andrea is experienced in advising national and foreign investment companies, banks and financial services institutions on all aspects of German banking supervisory and investment law.
Prior to joining McDermott, Andrea worked for other leading international law firms in the area of financial regulatory law and in-house at a listed private equity company.

- Advised several international credit and financial services institutions with respect to the impact of Brexit on their business, in particular regarding license requirements, corporate governance and compliance as well as anti-money laundering law*
