Overview
Arvin Abraham focuses his practice on fintech and corporate transactions for private equity sponsors and venture capital funds. He complements his transactional practice with deep expertise in the regulatory landscape for financial institutions including banking, payments and digital assets.
Arvin plays a leading role in developing the Firm’s UK Fintech practice and works across the tech-ecosystem, including with venture capital firms, strategic investors and startup companies.
Previously Arvin was part of the management teams at two major international banks and has extensive experience with leading bank consortia initiatives and advising on strategic investments.
