Overview
Jennifer Bock focuses her practice on representing public, private and emerging companies and investors in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, finance, joint ventures, private equity investments and other business transactions. Jennifer has advised companies on corporate issues in a wide range of industries, including the consumer goods, technology, health/life sciences, industrial and energy industries.
Jennifer regularly serves as primary outside counsel for her clients. She understands the importance of becoming fully integrated with her clients’ businesses and teams and works hand-in-hand with company leadership to steer clients away from and through legal hurdles.
Jennifer also advises companies on strategic business transactions such as the US expansion of non-US companies, and alliances such as licensing, supplier relations, distributorships and collaborations across a broad span of industries.
Having grown up in France and being a native French speaker, Jennifer is actively engaged in New England’s francophone business and cultural communities and regularly advises French, Canadian and Swiss companies.
