Jared M. Bryant focuses his practice on debt financing transactions. He represents leading private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, private and public companies, lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Jared advises clients in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of leveraged acquisitions, first and second lien loans, mezzanine financings, subordinated loans, asset based and cash flow financings, and recapitalizations.
While in law school, Jared served as an articles editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
