He has extensive experience in restrictive covenants, executive agreements, due diligence, arbitration, collective bargaining grievances, wage and hour class actions, ERISA breach of fiduciary duty, Family and Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment, disability discrimination and reasonable accommodation, wrongful discharge, and advancement and indemnification of corporate officers and directors.
