Charline Boulenger focusses her practice on M&A and Private Equity with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and other private equity transactions. She advises French, German and international companies and private equity funds on all aspects of corporate and financial law.

Prior to joining McDermott, Charline has worked at a number of global law firms in Paris, London and Hamburg.


  • Advised Aryballe Technologies in the their second investment round led by two new investors: IFF and Hyundai Motor Company
  • Advised the management team of Atlas for Men in their second LBO with the entry of Latour Capital
  • Advised ActoMezz in connection with the contribution in equity and mezzanine capital in Tournus Equipement
  • Advised Group Label in connection with a minority stake sale to IDI, a listed capital investment specialist
  • Advised the founders of Oscaro in connection with the sale to Autodis, backed by Bain Capital
