Margaret Cremin focuses her practice on transactional real estate matters. She has experience advising clients in varied real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ground leasing, joint ventures and financing of retail, office, industrial, hotel and multi-family properties. Margaret also has experience negotiating the real estate components of large corporate deals, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and credit facilities.
