Domenico Patruno focuses his practice on banking and finance with a particular strength in acquisition, real estate and corporate finance transactions, as well as on corporate advisory. Domenico has experience advising both Italian and International clients on a broad range of financing transactions and M&A.
Previously, Domenico worked in a number of similar roles and has over 10 years’ experience at national and international firms.
