Overview
Emory D. Moore, Jr. concentrates his practice on employment law, focusing on representing employers in non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret theft litigation, as well as employee misclassification litigation. Emory has extensive experience serving as lead counsel and successfully defending employers in litigation matters around the US relating to employee mobility, wage and hour and employment discrimination.
Emory also maintains an active daily advice and counsel practice, providing employers with strategic advice regarding a broad range of employment matters, representing employers in negotiation of executive employment contract matters and conducting internal investigations.
