Michael serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee and previously chaired the Firm’s Tax Business Unit, which includes more than 200 lawyers who concentrate on employee benefits, labor and employment, private client, state and local tax, and US and international tax. Michael also plays a key role in the Firm’s strategic alliance with MWE China Law Offices in Shanghai.
Michael lectures frequently on tax matters and has taught in the master of tax program at John Marshall Law School.
