He has negotiated and drafted contracts for a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including multi-million dollar construction agreements, national television commercial production agreements, and multi-million dollar software license and acquisition agreements.
Gavin has provided guidance on development and implementation of data privacy compliance programs, including advising on GDPR and CCPA compliance, and implemented and negotiated data processing agreements. Gavin’s experience also includes extensive drafting and negotiating of national services agreements for human capital management offered as Software as a Service (SaaS).
