Overview
Teddie Hsu focuses his practice on domestic and international patent prosecution in a wide variety of technologies, including software, semiconductors, telecommunications, LEDs, laser imaging and computer circuits. He represents clients of all sizes, ranging from investor/startups to Fortune 500 companies. Teddie advises clients on intellectual property rights, including business strategy and prioritizing protection of ideas. He works closely with inventors and counsel in claim drafting, patentability studies and application drafting. Teddie is also experienced in patent litigation and trademark prosecution.
Teddie earned his juris doctor at the University of California, Davis School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a biomedical emphasis at the University of California, Los Angeles.
