Jessica Jensen advises clients on a broad range of matters, including income, gift, and estate tax planning, trust administration, charitable giving, business succession planning, and tax controversy. She also counsels family offices, international families making inbound US investments, and US families with holdings abroad.
Prior to joining McDermott, Jessica started her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Buch at the United States Tax Court.
